My privacy policy

When you book an appointment with me, I'll collect your name, email and date of birth to identify who you are. When you come to your appointment, I'll ask you to fill out a consultation form with your medical history and massage preferences. I won't use this personal information for any reason other than to tailor your treatment to your needs.

Consent

When you use my online booking form, you're giving me permission to use your contact details to arrange an appointment with you. I will not use this information for any other reason unless you give me your express consent. 

Withdrawing consent 

My insurance requires me to keep a record of client consultations for seven years. After this time, I'll destroy any details I hold for you. You can choose to withdraw consent at any time, in which case I'll archive your details until the seven years is up.

Amending information 

You have the right to amend or review your personal information at any time - to do so, please email info@unwindwithgrace.co.uk

Storing your data

I arrange my appointments through Google Forms.

Changes to this policy

This privacy policy was written following the GDPR guidelines set out by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB). I reserve the right to change, amend or update this policy to ensure accuracy.
